Your VIP package(s) should ship within 48 hours (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) from Strange Music HQ in Kansas City, MO. You can contact us by phone at (816) 229-4700 x 7012 in case of an emergency.

What time do I show up for the Meet & Greet?

How do I get into the Meet & Greet?

Your package will NOT include your meet & Greet/Show Admission pass - instead, your name will be added to our VIP guest list at the venue. When you arrive at the venue, proceed to the entrance at the scheduled start time of the Meet & Greet. Photo ID required. Please check the strangevip.com website to confirm Meet & Greet times as they are subject to change.

What time do I show up for the Show?

Meet & Greets will begin at approximately 3:00 PM local time at the venue. Please check the chart on this webpage for specific start times and suggested arrival times specific to your particular show date.

How do I get into the Show?

Your package will NOT include your meet & Greet/Show Admission pass - instead, your name will be added to our VIP guest list at the venue. When you arrive at the venue, proceed to the Box Office or Will Call. Your name will be on Strange Music's VIP Guest list. Photo ID required.

What happens if I lose my VIP pass?

DO NOT LOSE YOUR SATIN PASS that you will receive at the Meet & Greet - they will NOT be reissued and are NOT replaceable. At many venues your satin VIP pass also allows you front-of-line access when doors open for admission to the show.

What should I bring?

Please do not forget your photo ID! Remember - your VIP pass will be available at the venue prior to the start of the Meet & Greet. This is your admission to the Meet & Greet as well as your ticket into the show. Please remember to bring any items you'd like to have autographed to the Meet & Greet session - this is a great opportunity to have your favorite Strange Music items personalized!

If you did not personally purchase your VIP Package (i.e. your parent bought it for you) you will need to bring your photo ID as well as a letter of verification, signed by the person who purchased it, providing permission for you to claim those tickets and be admitted into the VIP Meet And Greet as well as the show. Without the letter of verification, you will not be allowed into the VIP Meet and Greet or into the show.

How can I get more than 1 VIP Package?

Each VIP Package includes one invitation to the Meet & Greet/Show for one (1) person - if you'd like to have more than one invitation, you must order more than one VIP Package.

What size is the T-Shirt?

Each VIP Package includes 1 Limited Edition T-Shirt in Xtra Large size.

How much is shipping for each package?

Shipping and handling is $20 for EACH VIP package shipped within the US. ($30 shipped outside the US) For example, if you order 3 VIP packages, shipping will be $60 (3 packages x $20 per package = $60)
