    Strange Music Return Policy

    If there is a problem of any kind with your order you must notify us within 10 days of the delivery date for us to be able to help you. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the Strange Music, Inc. online store with a Return Authorization for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, within 30 (thirty) days of delivery for U.S. shipments, or within 45 (forty-five) days of delivery for non-U.S. shipments. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If returns are received after 30 (thirty) days (U.S.) or forty-five (45) days (International) of the delivery date then they will be subject to a MINIMUM 15% restocking fee. The fee will be based on the amount of time it took for you to return the item. Any packages refused or returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

    How To Return An Item For Refund Or Exchange

    Please note the following instructions when returning merchandise to ensure timely evaluation of your return/exchange: Please send an email to sm-store@strangemusicinc.com to receive a Return Authorization. Strange Music, Inc. will not accept returns without a Return Authorization. Include a copy of your invoice in the package with the Return Authorization attached and please note the reason why are you returning the item(s). If you do not have a copy of the invoice, include instead a copy of the Return Authorization, your name, order number, address, telephone number, and the reason why are you returning the item(s).

    For Domestic Returns/Exchanges

    You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of shipping your return to us, however, in many cases you can receive a refund sooner. This estimated time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, process the return and ship your new items or process your refund, when applicable.

    PLEASE NOTE: Turnaround time for international deliveries will be longer

    When you contact Strange Music, Inc. to receive a Return Authorization, you will have the opportunity to discuss options for exchange, replacement or refund, when applicable.

    Items That Are Not Returnable

    Strange Music, Inc. does not accept returns or exchanges of the following items:

    • 1. Clearance items
    • 2. Ladies underwear
    • 3. DVD's and CD's that have been opened
    • 4. Digital downloads - all sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable
    • 5. Jewelry and watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery. All jewelry and watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.

    Damaged / Defective Items and Shipping Errors

    If there is a problem of any kind with your order you must notify us within 10 days of the delivery date for us to be able to help you. If an item is found to have been damaged during shipment or defective at the time you receive your shipment, you may receive an item of equal or lesser value after you have returned the defective item. We must receive the defective item within thirty (30) days (U.S.) or forty-five (45) days (International) of your delivery date. If there is an error on our part related to your order, you will be eligible for a credit for any applicable shipping.
