Return Policy

Strange Music, Inc. Merch Return Policy

If there is a problem of any kind with your order you must notify us within 10 days of the delivery date for us to be able to help you. You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by the Strange Music, Inc. Merch online store with a Return Authorization for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, within 30 (thirty) days of delivery for U.S. shipments, or within 45 (forty-five) days of delivery for non-U.S. shipments. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If returns are received after 30 (thirty) days (U.S.) or forty-five (45) days (International) of the delivery date then they will be subject to a MINIMUM 15% restocking fee. The fee will be based on the amount of time it took for you to return the item. Any packages refused or returned without a Return Authorization will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

How To Return An Item For Refund Or Exchange

Please note the following instructions when returning merchandise to ensure timely evaluation of your return/exchange: Please send an email to adminofweb@strangemusicinc.com to receive a Return Authorization. Strange Music, Inc. Merch will not accept returns without a Return Authorization. Include a copy of your invoice in the package with the Return Authorization attached and please note the reason why are you returning the item(s). If you do not have a copy of the invoice, include instead a copy of the Return Authorization, your name, order number, address, telephone number, and the reason why are you returning the item(s).

For Domestic Returns/Exchanges

You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of shipping your return to us, however, in many cases you can receive a refund sooner. This estimated time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, process the return and ship your new items or process your refund, when applicable.

PLEASE NOTE: Turnaround time for international deliveries will be longer

When you contact Strange Music, Inc. Merch to receive a Return Authorization, you will have the opportunity to discuss options for exchange, replacement or refund, when applicable.

Strange Music, Inc. Merch does not accept returns or exchanges of the following items:

Clearance items
Ladies underwear
Booty Shorts
DVD's and CD's that have been opened
Digital downloads - all sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable
Jewelry and watches that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery. All jewelry and watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.

Damaged / Defective Items and Shipping Errors

If there is a problem of any kind with your order you must notify us within 10 days of the delivery date for us to be able to help you. If an item is found to have been damaged during shipment or defective at the time you receive your shipment, you may receive an item of equal or lesser value after you have returned the defective item. We must receive the defective item within thirty (30) days (U.S.) or forty-five (45) days (International) of your delivery date. If there is an error on our part related to your order, you will be eligible for a credit for any applicable shipping.

If Your Package Is Returned

If your package is returned due to insufficient address, vacant, no apartment number, package not picked up, or for any reason out of Strange Music, Inc. Merch's control and a refund is requested; the refund will be less shipping/handling costs.

If your package is returned and you would like to have it reshipped with the correct shipping information, you will be required to pay for those shipping costs. We will send you an email informing you of those costs and how you can pay them. We do not have access to your card information to be able to charge this to your original form of payment.

Shipping Policy

General Information

Packages are generally processed and shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Packages are shipped via USPS or FedEx and include a tracking number.

All packages over $100 will require a signature. Some other packages will also require a signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas postage fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Some orders cannot be shipped in the same package. The orders will automatically be split into 2 orders. Boxes are amply sized for your items to be well-protected.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location
